Duties Description Internship in the Interest Penalty and Collection Section will give insight into the NYS Department of Labor Standards Division, the Statewide Worker Protection Management System and New York State Unified Court System.

Major assignments would include: Preparing legal documents such as Orders to Comply, judgments, satisfactions, etc.

Minimum Qualifications MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS:

Must be a student currently enrolled in upcoming/current college courses.
