Duties Description ASSIGNMENT: This position is responsible for fiscal operations of the Division of Technology and Court Research. Duties include but are not limited to: Assisting in the annual budget development, monitoring and implementation for the unit. Technology procurement, including conducting RFQs, for software, hardware, and cloud solutions. Creating purchase orders and vouchers in SFS; creating reports in consultation with the Senior Management Analyst; reviewing appropriation levels; developing ad hoc reports; conducting research; performing data analysis; negotiating with suppliers; ensuring vendors meet the terms and conditions in their contracts; and understanding and keeping current on business laws and agency/government procurement policies. Candidates should have business acumen along with excellent communication and planning skills. Relevant experience in budget development/analysis and experience in technology procurement and purchasing is strongly preferred.
Minimum Qualifications JG-25 Management Analyst
Base Salary: 94,386
QUALIFICATIONS: One year in the Principal Court Analyst title; or Master's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience; or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
OR
JG-23 Principal Court Analyst
Base Salary: $84,659
QUALIFICATIONS: One year in the Senior Court Analyst title; or Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university and three (3) years of relevant experience; or Master's degree in Public or Business Administration from an accredited college or university and two (2) years of relevant experience or An equivalent combination of education and experience.
